Lecture Topics
"WORKING ON YOUR PRACTICE for the NEW MILLENNIUM"
This lecture deals on positioning your practice for the new Millennium by teaching you how to work on your practice rather than working in your practice. Topics discussed include staff motivation, your physical practice, practicing what you preach, heavy internal marketing strategies, D.I.S.C. personality profiles and the E-myth philosophy. The high-tech dental office will be discussed.
"DENTAL AESTHETIC ASSESSMENT FORM©"
This lecture deals in great detail with the Dental Aesthetic Assessment Form© developed for "Millennium Aesthetics" by Dr. Mancuso. This diagnostic analysis will enable one to correctly determine the aesthetic treatment plan for these patients asking about aesthetic dentistry.
Topics include: smile styles, smile types and artistic and scientific principles of smile design. Numerous cases will be shown to demonstrate these principles. One will come away with a systematic approach to smile diagnosis and treatment planning.
THE ZIRCONIA REVELOTUTION - Position your practice for the new millennium.
Participants will garner an understanding of the most current Esthetic Crown and Bridge systems available---notably Zirconia systems.
Topics to be covered:
•Principles of Shade Matching
•Advancements in Esthetic Crown and Bridge options
•Tissue Management and Temporization
•Modern Cementation options.
"MILLENNIUM AESTHETICS” - Today's dental consumer demands high aesthetic alternatives to traditional dental treatment modalities.
Today, more than ever before, aesthetic makeovers are in high demand. This is mainly due to the very popular television shows “Extreme Makeover” and “The Swan”. Along with the tremendous influence the dental manufacturers have on dental practices and dental laboratories when it comes to using their “new” products for this aesthetic arena. Today you have the greatest demographic cohort in history- the baby boomers, which are seeing the ravages of the aging process. They don’t like what they see and are ready and willing to do something about it. These popular shows mentioned above also have a trickle down effect on the other demographic cohorts.
