Dr. LeBlanc began his practice career mentored by Dr. F Harold Wirth, the first president and a founding member of the LD Pankey Intitute. Dr LeBlanc is presently the president of the F Harold Wirth Foundation, located at LSU School of Dentistry with the purpose of advancing the practice philosophy of Dr Wirth to enhance the dentist-patient relationship and enjoyment of practicing for dentists. Along with other Wirth Foundation presenters, he gives retreat style seminars providing the opportunity for dentists to identify and implement values that will assist them in making a life as well as a living.

Dr. LeBlanc is a key consultant to dental manufacturers and retailers assisting in product development and web based marketing strategies. His passion is to assist in creating superior products and educating colleagues how to best use them.

His seminars are based in excellence in adhesive/cosmetic techniques combined with technological advancements. Tools, techniques, and strategies are presented to be immediately implemented to help dentists confidently provide state of the art care. He presents for the LSU Cosmetic Continuum and is course director and presenter for hands-on adhesive/cosmetic courses in their state of the art facility.

Dr. LeBlanc authors articles in dental publications that present not only the how of doing dentistry but the why by sharing the stories of the patients who benefit by the care provided. Relationships are key to his practice, writings and seminar presentations.
